Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Please allow 3-7 business days for items to be processed and shipped , weekends not included. Please, ensure your shipping address is correct & secure, as glass studio is not liable for any items that are delivered to the incorrect address, lost, stolen or damaged during transit.


Returns

All sales are final. Please contact us with any further questions or concerns.


Disclaimer

Keep in mind vintage glassware are not perfect, If there are any imperfection's it will be listed in the description box.


Homeware

Please allow 14 days for items to be processed, packaged and shipped.

Standard shipping will be a flat rate of $100.

Once your order is placed, our system will send you the invoice amount to cover the shipping fee.

All items are vintage and will show signs of use. Full details and description will be listed.

We do our very best to accurately describe the condition of each piece to the best of our ability.

If something breaks or malfunctions after purchase, Glass Studio is not liable for fixing, replacing or accepting a return.

It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.


Pick up

Pick up is available at our unit in Northport, New York

Pick up hours - Thursday 12pm - 5pm, Friday 12pm - 5pm, Saturday 10am- 12pm

Sold items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all request must be coordinated with us directly.
